 Boatof Garten Community Hall is a company limited by guarantee with charitable status,  governed by a memorandum and articles of association. Its precise details are:

The Hall is run by  a voluntary Board of Directors (who are effectively also its Trustees) on behalf of the Community and its members. It currently employs one part-time caretaker/assistant co-ordinator.
